🌊 Energy Forests
from the Sea ⚡
Retrofitting cargo ships to grow mangrove power plants
We retrofit cargo ships with bio-electric hull systems that generate electricity from seawater electrolysis during transit, using this power to grow mangrove saplings in onboard nurseries. Each ship arrives at port carrying thousands of ready-to-plant trees, which we deploy to create coastal 'energy forests' - mangrove ecosystems that both sequester carbon and generate ongoing bioelectricity through root-microbial fuel cells, powering remote coastal communities.
Start Your Forest 🌱✨ The Wow Moment ✨
A coastal village watches a container ship approach, and as it docks, hundreds of glowing green mangrove saplings are unloaded and planted along their shore. Within days, an LED display at the community center lights up - showing power being generated directly from the growing tree roots, their first electricity source ever, all while the forest grows to protect their coastline from storms.
Ship Retrofits
Cargo vessels equipped with bio-electric hull systems generating clean power during transit
Power Generation
Root-microbial fuel cells generate continuous electricity from living mangrove ecosystems
Carbon Sequestration
Each mangrove forest captures tons of CO2 while protecting coastlines from storms
Community Impact
Remote coastal villages gain their first reliable electricity source
