The Experience: You sit alone in a dimly lit, vault-like room with just a vintage Royal typewriter and a stack of paper. As your fingers strike the keys, the mechanical CLACK-clack-clack echoes off the walls. You type everything you've never said — the rage, the grief, the shame — feeling each keystrike release something from your body. At the end, you feed your pages into a small ceremonial fire, watching the words that burned inside you turn to ash.
