A mobile AR motorcycle tour experience where riders cosplay as urban guardians. Using AR glasses synced to bike speed and location, riders see temporary gargoyle shadows projected onto city buildings as they pass—complete with lore about each location's hidden history and mythical protectors.
Riding through downtown at 35mph when suddenly a massive gargoyle shadow spreads across a 10-story building, wings unfolding in perfect sync with your speed, and you realize you're not just seeing it—you ARE the gargoyle, the city's nocturnal protector.
