Peel 2 large sweet potatoes. Cut into ½-inch cubes. Keep sizes uniform for even steaming.
Preheat to 350°F. Add 1 tablespoon water to bottom of air fryer basket for steam effect.
Arrange cubes in single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Should be fork-tender.
