Local lore tells of a secret chamber beneath the main shrine, where ancient priests preserved sacred texts during invasions. In 1985, archaeologists discovered a hidden underground passage containing manuscripts over 800 years old.
Morning Abhishekam: 5:30 AM - Sacred bath with milk, honey, and ghee.
Archana: 8:00 AM - Personal prayer with 108 names.
Evening Aarti: 6:30 PM - Lamp ceremony with Vedic chanting.
Devotees may participate in all rituals with prior registration.
Inscription Translations: Complete corpus of 47 copper-plate inscriptions (Sanskrit & Tamil).
