When a student triggers an alert, the system instantly identifies all vetted 'zeppelin' volunteers within a 2-block radius. The alert is routed to the nearest available volunteer, who receives real-time tracking and can intervene within seconds. The peer-to-peer mesh network ensures coverage even in areas with poor cellular service.
