Dragonfruit Hearts

Exotic • Mild • Perfect for First Taste

1
Wash the vibrant pink fruit thoroughly under cool water.
2
Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the white flesh with a spoon.
3
Remove any tiny black seeds (optional, but recommended for 6mo+).
4
Mash gently with a fork or cut into tiny, pea-sized pieces.
Baby's Reaction Tip The bright color may surprise baby first! Let them touch and explore before tasting. This mild fruit is perfect for nervous first-timers.

Starfruit Slices

Tart • Crunchy • Fun Shapes

1
Wash and slice crosswise to create star shapes—baby will love the visual!
2
Remove any seeds from the center.
3
Steam for 3-4 minutes until slightly soft (optional, for younger babies).
4
Remove tough ridges and cut into small pieces.
Note Starfruit can be tart. Mix with banana or avocado if baby seems unsure.

Papaya Cubes

Sweet • Soft • Digestive Aid

1
Cut papaya in half and scoop out the black seeds.
2
Scoop out the orange flesh—it should be very soft.
3
Mash with a fork for younger babies or cut into small cubes for older ones.
Bonus Papaya contains enzymes that aid digestion—great for little tummies!

Coconut Cream

Rich • Creamy • Healthy Fats

1
Use fresh young coconut meat or unsweetened coconut cream.
2
Blend fresh meat with a little water until smooth.
3
Mix with banana or serve plain as a creamy treat.
Allergen Note Coconut is botanically a fruit, but the FDA classifies it as a tree nut. Watch for any reactions.
