As you step into your gently suspended glass pod 30 feet above an artichoke farm at sunset, a farmer appears through a trapdoor in the floor to present the first course - freshly harvested steamed artichokes grown directly beneath you. The entire pod rotates slowly as you eat, revealing the golden hour lighting across rows of crops you're actively supporting.
