Coach: "Your saffron capsule from breakfast should be kicking in right about now. Notice that little lift? That's you getting your edge back.
Coach: "First hill coming up in 200 meters. I want you to push the stroller at 70% effort — yes, you can do this. Think about one dream you had before baby arrived. Hold that dream in your mind as you climb."
Coach: "At the top, we'll pause for two minutes. You'll write in your journal about that dream. No one else will read it. This is just for you."
Coach: "Ready, Sarah? Let's see if you can beat yesterday's pace. You're not just a mom pushing a stroller. You're Sarah, building strength, reclaiming you. Let's climb."
