You crack open your main course — a delicate pastry globe — and find inside a handwritten card (preserved in edible gold) with your great-grandmother's lost recipe, while an AR projection shows her preparing it in 1920s Istanbul, saffron steam rising from the virtual dish as the aroma hits your actual table.
