🤹 Mini Juggling: 3-Ball Feel

Step 1: One Ball

Toss one ball from hand to hand. Watch its arc. Feel the catch. Breathe with each toss.

Step 2: Two Balls

Hold two balls. Toss one, when it peaks, toss the second. Focus on the rhythm, not perfection.

Step 3: The Pattern

Add the third ball. Toss-toss-toss. Drop? That's focus training. Pick up and begin again.
