Using cactus-inspired biomimetic water filtration, we purify ocean water for drinking and cooking. Arrive by small boat, dine on premium steak in a floating deck surrounded by ocean and desert landscapes— all while wearing resort-style sandals in a completely casual yet upscale atmosphere.

THE WOW MOMENT: You arrive by small launch boat to find a floating grill deck in the middle of a remote cove, flames rising against a backdrop of desert cliffs and ocean waves, where a chef hands you a cold glass of water purified through the onboard cactus filtration system before presenting a perfectly seared steak—all while you're standing in sandals on a ship in the middle of nowhere, with sand between your toes and salt in the air.
